Pro features Pro
Optcatch Pro adds features, not bigger numbers. The free version already has unlimited contacts, segments and custom templates.
Automated warm-up
A new address that suddenly sends hundreds of emails is quickly flagged as spam. Warm-up starts each account at a safe daily volume and raises it day by day until it reaches full capacity. It works for Gmail, Microsoft 365, SendGrid and plain SMTP accounts.
- Starting sends/day: the allowance for day 1 (default 50; 20 to 50 is recommended for new accounts).
- Daily growth %: how fast the allowance grows each day (default 40%; 20 to 30% for a very conservative ramp).
- Warm-up ceiling: the volume the account reaches when warm-up is complete (default 500 sends/day).
- Hard daily cap: an absolute maximum (0 = unlimited), useful to match a provider's own limit.
The next day's higher limit only unlocks once a day has really used most of its allowance, which is what proves real sending volume to Google and Microsoft. You set it per account in Settings → Sending Accounts.
Scheduled & automation sends
In the campaign's Delivery Timing, Pro adds two options next to Send Immediately:
- Scheduled Delivery: pick the local date and time; it is stored and queued in UTC automatically.
- Automated Delay: the campaign sends itself a set number of days after someone is captured, so new leads get a welcome message or sequence without you.
An existing scheduled campaign keeps its timing if your license lapses.
Wake-up follow-up & re-engagement
Pro adds Optcatch → Wake-Up Emails with two automatic emails:
Follow-up
Every new consented contact is emailed automatically minutes, hours or days after they are captured, while their interest is fresh.
- Check Enable automated wake-up emails, choose the delay (for example 2 days) and the source.
- Pick a template and subject, then click Save Wake-Up Settings.
- Use Send Test to see it in your inbox.
Re-engagement
The second, longer-horizon touch for leads who went quiet. Once a contact has been on your list for the time you choose (typically 30 to 90 days), they get one win-back email.
- Open the Re-engagement card and check Enable automated Re-engagement emails.
- Choose the delay and the audience: website form leads by default, imported contacts too if you have permission to email them.
- Pick the template (start from the “Re-engagement” preset) and subject, and save.
- Each contact receives it once; unsubscribed contacts never do.
- Both emails are paced within your account limits. First follow-ups for new leads always go first; re-engagement emails and campaigns take turns.
Pro template library
Six extra ready-made designs, each opening in the Email Studio like any starter preset:
- Event / webinar invitation
- Flash sale with coupon code
- Lead-magnet delivery
- Customer story
- Appointment confirmation & reminder
- Review request with one-click rating buttons
Attachments & hosted links
Attach a PDF, ebook or checklist to a campaign, which turns a “download our free guide” form into an automatic delivery.
- Hosted Download Link (recommended): upload a file to host, or paste an existing link. The email stays light.
- File Attachment: the file travels with the email.
Emails with file attachments are more likely to be flagged as spam or rejected, which is why the hosted link is the recommended option.
Webhooks & REST API
Push leads from Zapier, Make, Typeform, Calendly, landing-page builders, a CRM or your own code. Each lead is created with its consent basis recorded, deduplicated and tagged, exactly like a form submission. Forms on your own site never need this.
In Settings → Advanced Integrations you find:
- The endpoint:
POST /wp-json/optcatch/v1/leadon your site (the alias/webhookworks too). - Your secret key, sent in the
X-Optcatch-Keyheader or asAuthorization: Bearer <key>. Rotate Key issues a new one; connected tools then need the new key. - A payload reference and ready-to-copy Zapier and cURL examples.
curl -X POST "https://your-site/wp-json/optcatch/v1/lead" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "X-Optcatch-Key: YOUR_SECRET_KEY" \
-d '{
"email": "lead@example.com",
"first_name": "Alex",
"last_name": "Smith",
"phone": "+1 555 123 4567",
"consent": true,
"capture_context": "Typeform Quiz / Zapier",
"source_page": "https://your-site/landing-page/",
"tag": "webhook-lead"
}'
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
email | Required. Normalized and deduplicated. |
first_name, last_name | Optional. A single name or full_name is split automatically. |
phone | Optional, up to 64 characters. |
consent | true, "true" or 1. Required under Strict Consent; under Automatic Consent, leads are consented if it is omitted. |
capture_context | Optional. Names the source in your reports. Aliases: context, form_name. |
source_page | Optional. The page URL where the lead submitted. |
tag / tags | Optional. A string, a comma-separated list or an array; merged without duplicates. |
In Zapier or Make, add a Webhook action with method POST, paste the URL, add the custom header X-Optcatch-Key with your key, and map your trigger's email, first name, last name and phone fields in the JSON body.
If your Pro license lapses, the endpoint answers with HTTP 403 and stores nothing; the key is kept, so reactivating restores your connected tools.
Multisite
Each Optcatch Pro licence covers 1 site. Running a Multisite network or several sites? Email support@optcatch.com before you buy.
How to get Pro
- Choose monthly ($3), annual ($25) or lifetime ($80, one-time) on the Pricing page and check out securely on the page. Every licence covers 1 site.
- Install Optcatch Pro. It is a separate plugin from optcatch.com, not hosted on WordPress.org.
- Your contacts, campaigns and settings are kept.
The free plugin contains no Pro code and no license checks: nothing in it is locked and no key unlocks anything inside it. The Pro features exist only in Optcatch Pro. Questions before buying? Email support@optcatch.com.
